Shipping

  1. Order Processing

    • All orders placed with MedPins will be processed within a maximum of 12 hours after payment confirmation.
  2. Shipping Options

    • First-Class Mail USPS: Your order will be shipped promptly and is estimated to arrive within 1 to 5 business days.
    • Priority Mail USPS: For expedited delivery, your order will be shipped and is estimated to arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
  3. Shipping Method

    • All orders will be handled by USPS, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order status.
  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment in real-time.
  5. Delivery Issues

    • If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within the first 5 business days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and resolve any problems.

Returns

  1. Return Policy

    • At MedPins, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Utah consumer protection laws.
    • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within the first 48 hours of receipt. Photos of the product may be requested to assess the issue and proceed with a return or replacement as necessary.
  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please email us at contact@medpinss.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once the return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error by MedPins or a defective product.
  4. Refunds

    • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on the financial institution.
  5. Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
  6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

    • Some products, such as personalized items, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.
